All selected meal preps will be delivered the Sunday before the start of a new week or a date specified by the customer. All orders takes 5 business days to process.

Weekly (5 meals) take 3 business days to prep from the order date.

Bi-weekly (10 meals) take 5 business days to prep from order date and are delivered the Sunday before the week of the 1st or 15th.

Monthly (20 meals) take 7-9 business days to prep from order date and delivered twice bi-weekly on the 1st and 3rd Sunday of the month to ensure maximum freshness.
